Cleaning FAQ

  • What areas do you provide cleaning for?
    Abbotsford, Mission, Aldergrove and Chilliwack.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you cancel within 24 hours, there may be a cancelation fee of $50 if we can’t reschedule.
  • Will the same cleaner come every time?
    Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs, we’ll ask to either reschedule, or send a different cleaner.
  • Can I trust your cleaner? Are they given a background check?
    All cleaners get criminal records check before being hired and go through a detail hiring process.
  • Is Aspired licenced and insured?
    Yes, we carry general liability insurance and worksafeBC coverage.
  • What if something breaks?
    This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
    Yes we do, unless you would prefer using your own cleaning supplies.
  • What if someone can’t be home?
    We can set a key pick up which would be kept in a secure lock box in our office, or the client can have a lock box at their home where a key can be put on the day of the clean.
  • What services are not offered?
    Moving heavy furniture Animal waste/litter Heavy scrubbing of walls Hoarding High to reach areas (more than 2 step ladder) Washing of exterior windows
